We import and distribute products from domestic and international manufacturers. Product packaging, colors, ingredients, labels, sizes, and appearance may change without prior notice due to manufacturer updates. Product images are for illustration purposes only.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice. Wholesale pricing is available only to approved wholesale customers. Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
5. Orders
Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Importadora Don Cruz reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory shortages, or violations of these Terms & Conditions.
6. Payment
We accept approved payment methods displayed during checkout. Wholesale accounts may receive approved payment terms at our sole discretion. Failure to pay invoices according to agreed payment terms may result in:
- Suspension of future orders
- Cancellation of pending shipments
- Collection actions
- Late payment fees where permitted by law
7. Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed. Importadora Don Cruz is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather
- Carrier delays
- Customs inspections
- Natural disasters
- Labor strikes
- Government actions
- Other events beyond our control
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment has been delivered to the shipping carrier.
8. Free Shipping

10. Retail Purchases

11. Returns & Exchanges
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery unless otherwise specified. Products must be:

- Unused
- In original packaging
- In resalable condition
The following items are not eligible for return:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from our error.
12. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon delivery. Claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Photographs of damaged merchandise and packaging may be required before replacements or credits are issued.
13. Backorders
Occasionally products become unavailable after purchase. We may:
- Ship available items immediately
- Hold the order until inventory arrives
- Issue a refund for unavailable products
